Massage the back of your neck gently with both of your hands. The point is exactly located where your hairline meets your neck on either side of the spine. Massaging this area will also provide you relief from stress and headaches.

Press the flesh between your finger and thumb. Do this to the point of discomfort and hold the position for 30 seconds. Apart from controlling your hunger, this will also give you relief from pain and stress. Pressing this point will stimulate the thyroid. This will further regulate insulin production and keep your blood-sugar levels in check. Spikes in blood sugar can lead to a craving for sweet and sugar-laden products.
Pressing your nose bridge, exactly the area between your eyebrows can be very effective. A number of nerves are present here which help to stimulate the nervous system and release serotonin. Serotonin is a mood-boosting neurotransmitter that helps to suppress appetite.
